Further practice on effectively using oil pastel. The key of using oil pastel is the create texture and waves with the picture. This give the a third dimension illusion which at a curtain distance makes it looks like a photograph. Find a good blending item that give the texture you need for your picture.  I simply used tissue paper, blending paper, my fingers and nails for the strands of hair.
